Is this the future of Macs?

The most interesting Apple news this week was all about things that aren't real — at least not yet:

  • A virtual Mac powered by Apple's augmented-reality glasses (and those AR glasses themselves).

  • A smart electric car crafted by Cupertino.

  • AirTags you attach to your most precious items to track them.

Oddly, the AR Mac is actually the most "real" -- at least you can see exactly what designer Dominik Hofacker has in mind.

In my book, daydreaming about what future Macs might look like is more fun than paying attention to the "real" news this week.

Enjoy your weekend!
