When you get a new Mac, what are the first apps you install on it?
For most people, it’s going to be work-related stuff: Photoshop for designers, Word for writers, Final Cut Pro for video editors.
Then you probably install your favorite email app, an alternative browser and all the little utilities and specialist programs that you’ve come to rely on.
For me, that includes the BBEdit text editor, NordVPN, and CleanMyMac, among others.
I try to keep it simple, but Cult of Mac writer Rajesh Pandey is Mac power user, and a Windows switcher, so when he gets a new machine, he really loads it up.
