Apple's most underrated app?
It's time to start brainstorming with Freeform.
I remember when Apple gave us a sneak peek at its digital whiteboard app Freeform during WWDC22. It looked like a fantastic tool for brainstorming and collaborative planning.
When Freeform launched later that year, I opened it once to check it out … and then promptly forgot it even existed. This weekend’s new how-to reminded me about the app, and made me excited about revisiting it the next time I need to collaborate on something.
Freeform is remarkably powerful, totally free, and works on Mac, iPad, iPhone and Vision Pro. Still, it flies under the radar. Here’s why you should give one of Apple’s most underrated apps a try. (Also available in video form.)

If you want to become even more of a Mac power user, check out the Raycast app. Our writer Rajesh Pandey calls it a “Swiss Army knife for Mac” that will turbocharge your productivity. Like Freeform, it’s super-powerful — and free!
Apple’s already hard at work on a device that could kill the iPhone.

With WWDC25 just over a week away, there are tons of leaks and rumors flying around. This week’s most surprising? Apple might shake up the naming convention for all its operating systems. (Want more? Check out all this week’s Apple rumors.)

A message from Pacaso
The key to a $1.3T opportunity
A new real estate trend called co-ownership is revolutionizing a $1.3T market. Leading it? Pacaso. Led by former Zillow execs, they already have $110M+ in gross profits with 41% growth last year. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO. But the real opportunity’s now. Until 5/29, you can invest for just $2.80/share.
This is a paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Please read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals. Under Regulation A+, a company has the ability to change its share price by up to 20%, without requalifying the offering with the SEC.
